A large practice room at Eden Studios, Berlin, served as location for this photographic study with contemporary dancer Jule Flierl. After a short warm-up, Jule did an improvised yet stunning performance, including some not so ordinary moves and positions, as you can see. The all-black dance floor and curtains helped generate a surreal light situation, eventually eliminating any shadows resulting from the flashes.
