Production notesIt's a hard life in real estate business, especially when your daily routine includes decision making at top level.
This is the outset of Demolition Man, a satirical series on the trend to rather destroy than rebuild old buildings - compressed in only a short sequence of pictures capturing the demolition of an old brick wall. German actor Bastian von Bömches plays the real estate agent, whose task in this series is to make room for newbuilds - which of course can be sold or rented out for much higher profit than existing old structures that often have to be renovated at high costs. Shot on location at the abandoned artillery baracks in Küstrin-Kietz, close to the border between Poland and Germany. |
