Production notes

Two weeks after we had produced Basic Chemistry, Eva Harris and I met again in Thessaloniki. We quickly decided to go deeper, to reveal some inner secrets that can be brought to the surface only if the atmosphere is right and the level of trust is high.
Advanced Chemistry indeed is one of the deepest portrait series I ever produced. The level of involvement on both sides was exceptionally high. So high, that the distance between the portrayed person and the artist had been reduced to not much more than a micron.
Needless to say, the works of this series have a very special value  - and even though they have been widely published and featured, they still emit this extra vibe, this touch of intimacy that can only be felt in very rare moments.
