Production notes

"How oft on yonder lake, sweetheart, where we were want to walk." (Loosely based on the folk song The Unquiet Grave).

The richness of summer. Its mellow tones and subtle nuances in light form the backdrop of this new cinematic series, produced in the park and forest of Prötzel Castle. Although the title hints at the classic Shakespeare work, A Late Summer Day's Dream is not about fairies and other mythical creatures. Instead, it focuses on a loving couple that will not give up their romantic ideals.

The second part of the series will be produced in spring 2015.

Cast: Anna Goncharenko and Alexey Sukhachev

Produced with Ilford FP 4 on Fuji GX 680 II. Scanned from the negatives.
